Where we ship from
Every CWT/ order ships from Southern California. We pack each tee by hand, so it arrives as clean and white as it left.
Processing time
Orders ship within [1–2] business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after [12pm PT] or on a weekend start processing the next business day. During drops and holiday peaks, processing may take up to [3–5] business days. We'll tell you if anything changes.

Shipping is a flat rate per order. You'll see all options and costs at checkout before you pay.
International shipping
We ship worldwide through DHL. International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and service level. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your order total. They're the customer's responsibility, and your local carrier may collect them on delivery. We're not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, email us within [12] hours of ordering and we'll do our best to fix it before it ships. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to reship it at your cost or refund your order minus shipping.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
Once a package is marked delivered, it's out of our hands. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first. Then email us within [7] days and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, email us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
